Ground floor – open-plan kitchen/dining/living with wood-burning stove. Double sofa-bed for the occasional visitor.
First floor – bedroom furnished with king-size four-poster bed. Marble-walled bathroom with double-ended bath, digital shower-over, wet room floor and heated towel rail.
Exceptionally well-equipped with fridge-freezer with chilled-water dispenser, range cooker, dishwasher and microwave, plus lots of useful appliances and quality cooking tools, crockery & glassware. Not to mention the hubble-bubble!
Overlooks the upper pond one way & opens the other way onto charming sun trap of a paved courtyard garden.

All properties feature the following:

Heavily timbered interior, stone fireplaces, wood-burning stoves, under-floor heating and rugs throughout. Terracotta floor tiles through ground floor, polished timber flooring upstairs (where applicable). Fully furnished open-plan living spaces and kitchens. En suite bathrooms equipped with baths & digital showers-over.

Bespoke kitchens are fitted with:
