Off-season short breaks are offered (3 nights or more) at a minimum of 70% of the weekly rate. Please email for a quote.

We will be moving to an on line availability system in due course but in the meantime please email or telephone with your requirements and we shall be very pleased to provide any further information you need.

Start dates are Fridays except by special arrangement.  For dog owners - please note supplemental fee of £25 per week for each dog.

Arrival and departure: unless expressly arranged, please arrive after 3pm and depart by 10am. If you have other requirements, please do ask or we will assume this is acceptable to you. We will liaise with you as to arrangements for access on arrival.

DISCOUNTS: A booking for a continuous fortnight will attract a discount of £100.

To make a Reservation:-

1. Identify the start date of the week that you would like to reserve.
 
2. Check availability by email or telephone +44 (0) 1986 873124.

3. When you’re ready, use the Booking Form and post your cheque for the deposit to the address shown on the form, or call us to pay by card.

The balance of the price is payable 8 weeks before the start date. We will email an invoice. (If you are booking within 8 weeks of the Start Date then the full payment will be due on booking.)

Communications are best by email unless otherwise requested. However, we are happy to reply confirming your reservation by post if you prefer. At that time, we will send you very detailed directions for locating us.

We reserve the right not to accept the booking for any reason whatsoever. 
Our acknowledgment of receipt of the booking form acts as confirmation of the booking. We also reserve the right to make an administration charge of £50 in the event that you wish to change your booking. By booking early, you stand the best chance of securing the week that you want but last minute vacancies do occur from time to time.
